KAS Consulting Org offers two pricing structures:
Done-for-you Projects
$50,000* for completed done-for-you projects. Requires access to your organization’s assets, learning your existing processes and standard operating procedures, and access to cross-functional partners and stakeholders within the project. We begin with a clearly defined project objective, and an explicitly stated end goal. The project is complete once the definitive end has been met. Support upon project completion may be offered with retainer.
This is ideal for organizations that have tribal knowledge, but no centralized location for that knowledge, the assets, and more. Projects may also include (but are not limited to) frameworks for developing Standard Operating Procedures, compilation of required trainings, guides on how to find assets, workflows for creating new assets, best practices compilations, testimonials, implementation and hand-of trainings plus recordings, and more.
*Does not include $500 surcharge per site visit, which is billed weekly
Hourly fee with retainer
$250 per hour with a $10,000 retainer.
Available upon completion of a project. Services include support, ongoing coaching and guidance, training (onboarding and recurrent training), and meetings to discuss post-project implementation with one-page summaries after meetings.
Having KAS Consulting Org on retainer ensures that you and your organization have ongoing support after a project has been implemented, and gives you and your team priority when you decide to embark on another project with KAS Consulting Org.
Retainer is satisfied when hourly rate (plus fees*, if applicable) has reached retainer rate on or before 30 days from start of services, or by the 31st day from the start of services, whichever happens first.
